Dog Training Obedience

dog training obedience
It is obedience training the dog is worth the money?

I found a class dog obedience (beginner), which is 6 weeks long (meets 1 hr per week) and costs $ 150. This seems to be the average price. I wonder if others were satisfied with the outcome of your dog through this?

I really liked going to my first obedience class, back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. Today, I would do things a little differently. I'd go watch some classes before I paid my fee, to see if I liked the methods by which the dogs were being trained. For example, does not seem too harsh? What the main training tool, a choke chains, or a clicker? Anything else? It is no secret that I support clicker training, but do not want say that other methods do not work, too. I prefer to keep the training as fun as possible for my dog and I, without the use of techniques prevention. You are entitled to their opinion, too.
