How do I train my doberman puppy to grow to not have a bad mood?

I feel like a lot of people are saying is crazy dobermans and that one day your going to eat me and my family and its pissing me off lol I do not believe, but I want to train my dog law, a dog and your snacks bites and a lot is that normal? and how can I train him not to bite and be good or it will grow with it?
