I'm looking for any information on apuppy training with hand signals only. The dog is deaf.?

I got a puppy boxer 8 weeks of age, she is all white and was born deaf. I would like to train your right and have been informed that AKC has divisions for dogs using hand signals only. I do not want to show the dog, but I want her for a pet of the family and a way to communicate commands and behaviors to it. Can anybody knowledgeable out there, please help me. Thank You1
