How to train a dog to sit?

I trained my little dog (bichon, 4 years) to make quite a few tricks, like shaking hands, stop, stand up, flip … but 4 years, she has not learned to sit, what should I do? Thanks

I think you should say "sit" for her and then push her bum on the floor. when your bum is on the floor saying 'good girl, boy /', then give you a bit of ham or cheese or something she likes. then she will want to treat more than 3 times more thing to deal with. then after that say sit down again and it may or may not sit, if she give praise and give her a piece of bits of treatment. if it does not do 3 times more and try again. then say and if it does not continue to do so and it will get it eventually, just be patiente like dogs when you are nervous or scared u they forget everything I just said.
